Discovering The Benefits Of Distance Energy Healing

By Meeri Banks

Were the people of more ancient times to see today's technologies and scientific wonders, they would likely view them as something approaching magic. Still, many of today's alternative forms of medicine are little changed from those methods used by the people of previous eras. Distance energy healing is a perfect example, and has been used for thousands of years in the Far East.

For those who practice this technique, the core understanding is that everything in the universe is connected to everything else. That interconnected nature enables all matter to communicate with other matter, across any distance. Remarkably, research from several decades ago demonstrated that distant particles could communicate with one another at remarkable speeds.

It is important to understand then that the reason why energies can be transferred from one person to another over vast physical differences has less to do with the energies than with the connected nature of all matter. These forces don't bridge any gulf between two people. They merely travel along those connections like electricity through a wire.

For those who want to provide their energies to another person, there are several options available. The most common is to consciously focus on releasing one's own personal energies, while concentrating on delivering the needed healing power to the target recipient. This can yield positive effects on the inner health of the person receiving the energy, just as medical care positively impacts the physical body.

There are many different effects that can be experienced from this transfer of force. Stressed individuals can receive calming energies that release tension and alleviate worry and concern. Those whose own inner energies are out of balance can receive support that realigns them. People who are world weary and fatigued can often receive rejuvenation, and the type of restoration of spirit that can revitalize physical recovery.

For the method to work, there must be confidence on the part of both sender and target. The sender has to have faith that these energies can be transferred effectively, while the recipient must be in a receiving frame of mind. If either is out of balance, the process cannot work.

When the physical body is injured, doctors and their methodologies remain the primary source for recovery. That is not always the case for those pains and injuries suffered apart from the physical body, however. Thankfully, the sending of energies from one person to another continues to yield the same types of positive health benefits that people have enjoyed for many centuries.
